Biological Oceanography Group (GOB) of the Marine Research Center (CIM) at the University of Vigo will be launching a joint PhD student position together with Future Oceans Lab (FOL) soon. Due to tight deadline for coming call, we want to tell in advance the general description of research activity and the documents required to  prospective students interested, to have enaough time and submit the documents in advance to avoid any technical problem. The successful candidate will enroll in the doctorate program Do Mar from Campus do Mar and will be co-supervised by Drs. Cristina Sobrino and Elena Ojea (University of Vigo), starting in fall 2023. The subsequent research deals with marine ecological and social risks to ocean acidification, and will be highly multidisciplinary, with ecological, and social components.
