We are hiring: open calls for a PhD student and a Postdoc to join FOL
We have two vacancies now available to join the Future Oceans La in the ERC project CLOCK – Climate Adaptation to Shifting Stocks. This highly multidisciplinary project addresses Adaptation to Climate Change in Marine systems from an ecological, social and an economic perspective. FOL is seeking a postdoctoral researcher on natural resources economics and management ( see Postdoc Call). If you are passionate about fisheries economics and climate change policy you can send your application materials, following the indications of the job at the EURAXESS job offer, the deadline is June 21th 2019.
The second position is for a PhD student with a background in marine ecosystems and/or policy (see PHD Student Call). This is a fellowship to start a PhD project in FOL in collaboration with Hokkaido University (Japan), to address climate change adaptation in small-scale fisheries.
