Ixai Salvo presents his work next week at the Interdisciplinary Fisheries Seminar
Next Wednesday, June 27, at 1pm, Ixai Salvo from CETMAR will be presenting his work on measuring the quality of fisheries governance though stakeholder perceptions at the Interdisciplinary Fisheries Seminar Series (IFS). IFS is the seminar series at the University of Vigo presented by Campus do Mar and ECOBAS.
In his seminar entitled “Measuring good fisheries governance: What do stakeholders think?” Ixai will go over a robust method for measuring quality of fisheries governance which is based on the United Nations’ 9 principles of Governance. He will also explain how this method allows for evaluating of the design and functioning of governance systems, and for identifying gaps for enhancement.

We look forward to an inspiring talk and discussion at Seminar Room B of the School of Economics of the University of Vigo!
